Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Only 30% is due at reservation; the balance is charged 3 days before arrival. There is no security deposit.

Pets are not allowed in the residences.
Indicative direct rates start from €138 per night for the smaller apartments up to €300 per night for the 200 m² Luxury Suite with Terrace, varying by season. Each listing on the residences page shows its from-rate; live prices appear at checkout.
The Luxury Suite with Terrace, Luxury View Arno (lift plus five steps), Le Ruote and the Comfort Suite are all served by a lift. Loggia Loves is an attic apartment reached by stairs. For the remaining residences, ask our concierge about access before booking.
Yes. Several residences sleep four to six guests across two or three real bedrooms — Sprone Left, Sprone Right and the Luxury Suite are the most family-friendly. For cots or any specific needs, mention them in your inquiry and the concierge will confirm what can be arranged.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive later in the evening, contact the concierge in advance (daily, 09:00–21:00 CET) and they will arrange your arrival.
Yes — private chef dinners, wine tastings and private tours can be arranged for anniversaries, honeymoons and other celebrations. Tell us the occasion in your inquiry and the concierge will propose options.
On request: airport transfer, private chef, private guided tours, and curated Tuscany experiences such as Chianti wine tastings.
